Here's the first post!
I emailed 311 people from my contacts list today to announce the launch of BigDayBillboard.com. I also put a little ad on Facebook so hopefully some attention comes from that.
I've got one ad up there so far: a banner I made for AJS.
I spent most of the morning touching up some of the technical problems I had earlier and all seems to be fine. At last count there was just over 400 hits (of which 1/2 were probably my own from testing the site) but now the statistics page is down so I've left a support ticket with my web host.
The site's been up since last night. So far so good.

P.S. Just got an email from one of the 311 - "Please refrain from sending me non worked-related emails." I was hoping I wouldn't annoy too many people with my little announcement! Why didn't he just buy an ad?!
